在這次新冠肺炎疫情防控期間,為保證防疫物資及時供給,國務院應對新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情聯防聯控機制醫療物資保障組印發了《關于疫情期間執行醫用一次性防護服輻照滅菌應急規范(臨時)的通知》(以下簡稱《應急規范》).目前,我國國標醫用防護服大多采用環氧乙烷滅菌,需要7~14天時間,根據《應急規范》采用輻照滅菌技術,則將這個時間縮短到1天以內.
浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司建立頂空-氣相色譜法測定醫用口罩和醫用防護服中環氧乙烷殘留量的分析方法。通過實驗優化了測定方法和條件,確定了色譜柱類型、頂空平衡時間和平衡溫度,并進行了加標回收實驗。在相應的濃度范圍內線性關系良好,r=0.9996,環氧乙烷最低檢出限為0.02μg/mL,當稱樣量為1.0g,定容體積為5mL時,檢出限為0.1μg/g。方法可以滿足標準要求,對口罩和防護服中環氧乙烷殘留量檢測具有重要意義。
